ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Orders may be cancelled or modified (size, color, style) within 24 hours of being placed. Order cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.
Items Restricted from Returns: Bridal, Bridesmaid, Sale (sold as is), Clearance (sold as is), PRM Masks, and Custom Made gowns with our Design Team.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns will receive Store Credit, subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Returns must be shipped, in route to us, within 48 hours of receiving a RA#, and a tracking number provided/entered into our online Returns Center, or will be subject to rejection or a $15 late charge.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and shipping the return item(s) back to Mia Bella Couture. We suggest using UPS or FedEx for insured, safe receipt and your protection.
Dresses must be in their original, new condition with tags attached and no signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains or odors (i.e. perfumes, cigarette smoke, pet hair) otherwise they will be subject to a cleaning / tailoring fee. Original hanger must be returned or a $2 fee will be applied.
Shipping fees or duties from the original order are not included in Store Credit.
Shipped packages that are "Returned To Sender" (package refused) will receive Store Credit, subject to a 20% restocking fee with international packages subject to a 20% restocking fee and any return shipping fees and duties incurred.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments or by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier's delivery at your address.TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST:
Within 5 days of receiving your order, request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by clicking on the "Returns Center" tab at the bottom of this webpage and fill in the requested information. As soon as we review your request, you will receive email instructions and updates from us to help you return your item(s). Returns must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of receiving your RA# and a tracking number provided/entered in our Returns Center so we know your return is on the way.

Shipping within the United States:
Domestic orders placed and shipped within the United States may take up to 1-5 business days to ship. For immediate or express shipping please contact our sales team to confirm the product availability and shipping time as some items may be back ordered or shipping directly from the manufacturer. Express shipping is available for all in-stock items. Shipping estimates will be provided at the time of checkout.
International orders placed and shipped from outside the United States may take up to 4-7 business days depending on the country for delivery. Express shipping is available for most countries. Not all carriers are available to ship to all countries we offer shipping to. Mia Bella Couture reserves the right to change the shipping carrier if there is an issue with the carrier being able to deliver to the designated country within a timely matter. Please notify us if you have a close wear date for your order so we may look into expediting your order. Mia Bella Couture will not be held responsible for shipments that may take longer than expected for delivery due to shipping carrier, foreign customs policies, or additional taxes and duties that may be imposed by the destination country.
Foreign Duties and Taxes:
The customer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying all taxes or duties associated with the order. Mia Bella Couture will not be held responsible for shipments that are not received due to unpaid foreign duties or taxes.
International Shipping Rates:
We ship internationally with UPS, DHL, and USPS. The rates for shipping are calculated by the shipping carriers based on the size and weight of the package. For express international shipping, please contact us directly.
We are experiencing some shipping delays Internationally during the covid-19 pandemic due to limited international flights.
Most of our items are in-stock and ship from Mia Bella Couture store locations in California. Some orders may be filled directly through the manufacturer of the item(s). All orders are insured through the shipping carrier. All shipments will require a direct signature from the recipient. Should you need to make special arrangements for delivery please contact our staff or include the notes in your order. Request will be evaluated and approved on a case by case basis. Please notify us immediately with any shipping damage or shipping corrections. Returned by refusal by recipient will result in a $35 shipping fee and must be paid before shipping again. Orders that are returned by refusal will not be granted a refund for any amount of the order.
