TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST:

Within 5 days of receiving your order, request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by clicking on the "Returns Center" tab at the bottom of this webpage and fill in the requested information. As soon as we review your request, you will receive email instructions and updates to help you return your item(s).  Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order and a tracking number provided/entered in our Returns Center so we know your return is on the way.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

5 DAY Return Policy

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.  Refunds are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.  Store Credit has no restocking fee.  Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order.  Returns postmarked past 10 days of receiving your order are only eligible for store credit less 10% restocking fee.

Orders may be cancelled or modified (size, color, style) within 24 hours of being placed unless the order has shipped. Order cancellations/changes are not accepted after 24 hours. 

Items Restricted from Returns:  Eva Lendel, Ricca Sposa, and Wona Concept, Custom Gowns, and all Sale/Clearance Items 

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and shipping the return item(s) back to Mia Bella Couture.  We suggest using UPS or FedEx for insured, safe receipt and your protection.

Dress(es) must be in their original, new condition with tags attached and no signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, makeup/deodorant marks, snags, tears, pet hair, lint or odors (i.e. perfumes, cigarette smoke) otherwise they will be subject to no refund, store credit or exchange.  Quality Control Team may charge cleaning and/or seamstress fees at their discretion upon inspection of returned dress(es).

Shipping fees or duties from the original order are not eligible for Refund or Store Credit.

Shipped packages that are "Returned To Sender" are not eligible for Refund and will receive Store Credit, subject to a 20% restocking fee with international packages subject to a 20% restocking fee and any return shipping fees and duties incurred.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any shipment delays due to shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon the shipping carrier's confirmation of delivery.

At any time, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
