Return Policy

 

All purchases made in showrooms/stores are final sale, including special orders.

 

Mia Bella Couture accepts returns shipped back within 15 days of last item delivered:  Within 10 days of receiving your complete order, request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) through our online Returns Center. Return packages must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your RA#.

 

We offer returns for Store Credit Only. Store Credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is inspected and accepted. We do not offer refunds to method of payment.

 

Items NOT eligible for Return:  Eva Lendel, Ricca Sposa, Custom Gowns, Special Orders, Sale/Clearance Items, and items under a signed contract. 

 

Shipping fees on the original order are not eligible for Store Credit.  If shipping was complimentary at checkout, a $20 shipping fee will be deducted from the Store Credit.

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and shipping the return item(s) back to Mia Bella Couture.  We suggest using UPS or FedEx for insured, safe receipt and your protection.  We do not provide return shipping labels.

 

All returned items are inspected. Item(s) must be in their original, new condition with tags attached and no signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, makeup/deodorant marks, snags, tears, pet hair, lint or odors (i.e. perfumes, cigarette smoke) otherwise they will not qualify for return/store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any item with any of the above casualties. Should a damaged, non-salable item be returned to us, a notification will be sent to the email associated with the order and the customer has 7 days to send us a prepaid downloadable shipping label or item will be donated to charity.

 

US National packages that are "Returned To Sender" receive a 25% fee. International packages that are "Returned To Sender" receive a 25% fee plus any return shipping fees and duties incurred.  Fees are deducted from the Store Credit.

 

Orders may only be canceled or modified (size, color, style) at no charge, prior to processing.  An order is considered processed when your payment is verified. Restocking fees apply if items are cancelled after processing: 15% on in-stock items;  25% on pre-ordered items as these are pre-ordered just for you;  50% on special order items as these are made to order just for you.  Restocking fees will be deducted from your Store Credit.   We do not offer refunds to method of payment.  Items in shipping status, shipped, ready to be picked up, or under a signed contract, may not be cancelled.

 

If, after processing, an item in your order becomes unavailable for reasons out of our control, you will be notified and offered alternatives or the option to receive a full refund for the item.

 

All items are inspected before they ship. In the rare event there is a manufacturing defect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.  If we are not notified within 48 hours with photos, same item will not be eligible for replacement.  If you do not want a replacement, you will be issued Store Credit.  We do not offer refunds to method of payment.

 

Mistakes happen.  In the rare event you received the wrong size, color, style you purchased, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.  We are sorry for this situation and will replace your item with the correct one ASAP.

 

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any shipment delays due to shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon the shipping carrier's confirmation of delivery.  All packages must be signed for. This is for everyone's security.

 

In-store pickups have 5 days from being notified to pick up the item(s) and 5 days to apply for an RA# through our online Returns Center.
